What happens after the call?
If your case needs my support, I send you a written proposal with the scope, timeline and fees. You decide whether we move forward.
Who can hire your services?
Entrepreneurs, small and mid-sized businesses, companies across industries and individuals who need legal, employment, tax or accounting advice, for one-off matters or on an ongoing basis.
Do you work with clients outside Bogotá?
Yes. I meet clients in person in Bogotá and online anywhere else in Colombia and abroad.
Do you provide services in English?
Yes. If you prefer to receive advice in English, I work with the support of an official translator.
How long does it take to set up an S.A.S.?
On average, 10 to 15 business days. It depends on the Chamber of Commerce and DIAN processing times, and on receiving your information on time.
Do your fees include government and registry costs?
No. My fees are separate from the charges collected directly by entities such as the Chamber of Commerce or DIAN. I always state this clearly in each proposal.
Do you offer ongoing advice, not just one-off matters?
Yes. I offer monthly legal and accounting support plans tailored to what each business needs.
How do I request a quote?
